I’ve been using this for over 6 months now and I’ve seen a massive difference in my hair density & period pains. My roots have gotten so much thicker that even my hairdresser has noticed. As this helps with inflammation my excruciating period pains have became more manageable. I know it’s helped as when i stopped taking it my periods went back to being painful. I’m sad I have to wait till the restock date to buy more.

This is my 2nd order of the MSM power, and I’d never buy any other MSM powders! Love the packaging with the cute bottle and spoon inside! It’s easy to dilute in warm water, which is how I’m using it (warm water and lemon juice first thing in the morning). I’d wait until 6 months to see if there are any visible results for my hair (and skin). My hair is pretty healthy already and I have no issues with growth; but would like to increase my hair density a lot, so hopefully it helps with that.
