We had a search and unfortunately were unable to find any emails from the email address associated with your initial order.
Through our order tracking, we could see that your initial order had been damaged in transit and we were happy to send you a replacement.
At the time we were sold out of the Curly Proverbz Golden one, but as soon as it arrived we sent out a Curly Proverbz Growth Bundle with expidited shipping free of charge. The order tracking confirms delivery on the 19th of March.
